This grant allows the Council of Great Lakes Governors to support the non-regulatory work of the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Council (Compact Council) and the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Water Resources Regional Body (Regional Body).

  • This is a planning grant to identify the ecological benefits and explore the financial rationale for pursuing water conservation and green infrastructure practices, and test how this information—when combined with effective knowledge transfer techniques—can drive better water management throughout the Great Lakes basin.
