Inform, Inc. will lead a network of state and local governments and other large institutional buyers to reduce purchases and ultimately the use and disposal of products that release persistent, bio-accumulative, and toxic chemicals (PBT?s) into the Great Lakes basin ecosystem. The project team will measure the environmental results of new purchasing strategies adopted by project partners and evaluate the effectiveness of the of these strategies by comparing them with past purchasing behavior. |
